Our Reservation
Policy
Your reservation, once guaranteed, will be subject to a specified cancellation policy (10
days during Fall Foliage and other special events, or 48 hours for remainder of year).
Cancellation prior to the cutoff date will permit a full refund, credit to your
charge or no charge to your guaranteed reservation. For multimple night stays, your
deposit/guarantee is applied to the LAST NIGHT OF YOUR STAY. If you cancel after the
agreed time, your deposit is refunded ONLY if we are able to re-rent your room for the
FULL DURATION of your stay, LESS A $30 LATE CANCEL FEE (per reserved room). Room
balance is payable at check-in. Personal checks are not accepted upon registration.
Check-in is 2 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. The registration desk is open
until 10:30 p.m. Later check-ins can be made with prior arrangement. If you
will receive phone calls while staying with us, please advise callers to phone you at
(802) 442-5479, since our TOLL FREE NUMBER CANNOT BE CONNECTED TO YOUR ROOM.
